A GOOD ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION.


COUPLE OF KEYS:

1.When the hiring manager asking you the question, they are not asking you about your whole life story, they are not asking about your parents, your background and else. That question really means : “What values could you bring”, “what problems can you solve”, for the company. Thats really what they wanna hear from you.

2.Be yourself but be the best of yourself:

There is a major mistake that people make while in interviews, they try to be themselves but that’s not all, be the best of yourself. So make sure you present your best self while leaving your strong foot forward. So whenever they ask you a question, they are looking for something in that, so while giving the answer always bold- “What’s in it for them”.

3. Three S formula:

Success: “i have been …….” , “My background is………”, “ I am able to ………..”, etc. e.g. I have been working on web designing and I can design some of the best of it and I specialising in web design …………….., I have worked on this project with this success and this position.


Strength: “ My strength is …….” Or “My real strength is…….”.


Situation: “ What I am looking for is……..” , “I came here so that I can…….”.e.g.: What I am looking for is a company that I could add value to and I can make a good team .


“Whoever asks a question controls the conversation”


4. Prepare what you are gonna present them. You need to memorise what you want to sell them and what you have for them. You need to write it down and read and memorise it because you don’t have to be low in front of that and waste time thinking on what to say.
